All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable fees, charges or taxes including but not limited to, sales taxes, installation charges (labour or materials), home delivery charges, or fees for optional financing programs. CODEDESIR site orders (via phone or internet) that total $75 or less before taxes are subject to a taxable, non-refundable $3 charge. Other charges may apply. You will be advised of all applicable charges before we ship your order.
Prices listed on codedesir.ca are the selling price on codedesir.ca and may vary from CODEDESIR printed catalogue prices and CODEDESIR retail store prices. You must 'Add To Cart' directly from the website item page in order to receive the website price.
Some items which are sold by CODEDESIR in our retail stores may be offered to you on this website at the current CODEDESIR retail store price. Not all retail store items are available on codedesir.ca website; to inquire, contact us.
Website offers, prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to display to you only those items which are currently available to order, and item status is refreshed frequently. However, it is possible that some items, sizes and/or colors will be out of stock at the time you order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order.

Codedesir.ca accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard credit cards and Interac Online Payments. We do not accept cash, cheques or COD for online orders.

How to Order

We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service.

We strive to make ordering at codedesir.ca as quick and easy as possible. You've browsed our merchandise selections or used Product Search to find what you are looking for. Checkout is even easier. When you've found the item you would like to purchase, click on "Add to Cart" and follow the instructions below:

Review Order: You are now on the shopping cart page. Here, you can review the entire list of items you have placed in your cart, and view information about each item. You can make some changes to your order here, such as changing the quantity for individual items, or removing an item from your cart. If you make any changes to your order, click the "Update Cart" button, to see your revised total. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Back to Shopping" button. If you are finished selecting items click "Go to Checkout" button and proceed with step 2.

Sign In: You are now at the Sign In page. If you are a registered user, you are prompted to enter your "Email address" and "Password". If you are not already registered, you can do so by clicking on the "Create an Account" button. If you need assistance, please contact us.
Note: Registering takes just a few minutes, but it will save you lots of time on your future visits. For instance, if you register with us, we'll save some of your contact information so that you don't have to enter it again. CODEDESIR is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. Delivery Information: You are now on the Delivery Information page. Here, you can review your address information. If you wish to make changes to the shipping address click the "Change Your Address" button. This is also the place to write any comments or requests regarding your delivery. When you have confirmed the information, click the "Continue to Checkout" button to proceed to Step 2.

Payment Information You are now on the Payment Information page. You will be asked to enter your billing information. You also have the opportunity to enter a Code Désir Coupon Number/Promotional Code and/or Code Désir Gift Certificate Number. If you wish to ship your order as a gift, you can tell us from this page by clicking the "Gift Wrap" checkbox. Click the "Continue to Checkout" button to review the transaction.

Order Confirmation: You are now on the Order Confirmation page. Here, you are given a summary of your order, and you are given one last chance to edit your information or order. This is also your last chance to cancel your order before we process the charges. Once you are satisfied that all the information is correct, click the "Confirm The Order" button.

Order Sent: You are now on the Order Sent page. Here, you are given your order number. You will receive 2 email confirmations from codedesir.ca: Firstly, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering; Secondly, we will notify you when your order has been shipped, or if you have selected to "pick up in person", we will notify you when your order will be ready for pickup.
