When will my order arrive?
Delivery generally takes 7-10 business days. All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. Orders are sent in plain packaging. Shipping is free on orders of $85 and more. (If your order is less than $85, the additional cost will be quoted on your order form and listed on your payment receipt.) You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number so that you can see the delivery status of your order. All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier directly. The name and contact information of the carrier will be listed in your e-mail confirmation.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment from most major credit cards including Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. All transactions are made through PayPal, which guarantees that the transaction is safe and that your payment information remains private.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Absolutely! If your order is a gift, why not have it gift boxed?
To make someone's day, simply select the Gift Box option in the checkout process. You will also be given the option to write your own message (if you don't enter any message, a blank card will be included in the shipment). The charge for gift boxing is $5, whatever the value of your order. If your order has to be split into separate shipments due to stock availability, all shipments on that order will be gift boxed at no extra charge. Items to be gift boxed will be removed from their individual packaging, placed in tissue paper, and then placed in the gift box, so your gift is beautifully presented to the recipient with no extra packaging in the way. Orders are then packed in plain outer packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return name and address will be shown in one corner of the address label. No prices or invoice will be included in the shipped package, only a gift receipt.

What can I do if the item I want is not in stock?
If we are out of stock of a particular item but are expecting further deliveries from the manufacturer, you can still place an order. The wait time for new supplies is usually two to three weeks, but it can occasionally be longer. On those rare occasions, you will be emailed with the option of continuing to wait or cancelling the order. Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We have no control over this, but will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfil an order. Refunds will be arranged. For details on refund procedures see How do I return an item?

What happens if part of my order is not in stock?
We usually dispatch in-stock items immediately, subject to payment authorisation. If part of your order is not in stock, we will split the order and send any available items at once, unless they are part of a matching set with the waiting item(s). Outstanding items will then follow on as soon as they become available, though the full order amount will be charged to your account at the time of purchase. Since payment is made through PayPal, we do not have access to your payment information; therefore, separate transactions cannot be made. However, if an outstanding item cannot be delivered for whatever reason, we will refund your account the balance of the unavailable items.If you ordered a gift box and your order is split due to non-availability, we will send all shipments in a gift box.

How do I return an item?
There is a 10 day return policy, from the moment you receive your package. After 10 days, we will no longer accept returned items. Contact us by email first to let us know which items your wish to return and the reasons why you wish to return them. Due to the hygienic laws of Canada, we cannot accept returns on any panties or swimsuits. We will only accept items that are unworn, unwashed and that still have all tags attached. Please include all original packaging in your return package. You will have to pay for the shipping costs of the return package. We will confirm by email whether or not the items are in proper condition for return. All refunds will be made to the same card that was used for payment.

How do I know if I am ordering the right size?

Can I wash my bra in the machine?
It is preferable to hand wash your bras to avoid any damage and to prevent accelerated wear-and-tear. For detailed care instructions, please see the Fitting Room.

Can I pick up my order at the Oakville store?
Absolutely! If you live near Codedesir Boutique in downtown Oakville and you would rather pick up your order in person, simply check the "Pick-up in person" option during Check-out when asked for your delivery method of choice.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. In order to do that, please send an email to cancel@codedesir.com with your name and order number.
